World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day. The theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’.
According to the Mental Health Foundation, the most common mental health problems among service personnel and veterans are depression, anxiety and alcohol problems, and some also experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Our staff are here to talk if you or anyone you know needs some support, but we would also encourage you to check in on your friends and say hello. Just starting the conversation could make all the difference.
