LCpl Crudgington Update

Posted on

Further to his speedflying accident in July, Support Our Paras is delighted to report that LCpl Lee Crudgington has recovered sufficiently to be able to be moved to a UK Defence rehab facility in the Midlands to continue his treatment. Lee, who crushed his pelvis in the accident, is currently learning to walk again with the support of the team at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Stanford Hall.

The charity would like to extend their thanks to each and every donor who supported our Crudgington Appeal to get Lee back home to the UK. We will be closing this appeal at the end of the year now that his French medical bills and aeromed have been paid for. Beyond paying these costs, all money donated to this appeal thus far will be used to support Lee through his ongoing journey back to full strength, during which Support Our Paras will continue to be there for Lee and his family, every step of the way.
