Delivery Info

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Prices will vary depending on the total size and weight of your order.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are subject to different guaranteed delivery times than the UK. Please see the Royal Mail website for further details.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday, or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At SUPPORT OUR PARAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or damaged after receipt unless they are faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for organising and paying for return postage.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed. Please give 3-5 working days for the refund to show with your bank.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact retail@supportourparas.org to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchange items will be sent once the original item has been received and inspected.
  • We will cover the postage cost for the new item being sent out to you.

 

Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at retail@supportourparas.org with a description and photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

 

Items sold by the SUPPORT OUR PARAS Store are subject to local taxes and duties. Orders shipped outside of the UK may have import taxes added at the point of entry to the delivery country. We are unable to advise on or take responsibility for this cost and the local Tax Office will be able to advise further on these charges. These fees are unfortunately out of control and are not covered by our shipping charges.
