Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

We are honoured to announce that SUPPORT OUR PARAS, The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces Charity has been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award.
The award comes just a year after the charity signed the Armed Forces Covenant, where we publicly confirmed our support to soldiers, veterans and families within our Airborne community.
Natalie, our Head of Fundraising & Communications, said, “We are very proud to have received the ERS Silver Award just in time for Armed Forces week. The work that we do is all to benefit our soldiers and their families, and with 50% of our staff being either a veteran, or a spouse of someone serving, we are very passionate about what we do. We are delighted to have this recognised formally.”
